I fell in love with radio when working on my first radio drama assignment at Manchester Metropolitan University. It wasn’t hard to decide where to go from there. I was lucky enough to have a chance to collaborate with BBC Radio Drama Production in Salford. I then moved to work as a radio journalist with the biggest public radio station in Poland – Polskie Radio. In my work now, I focus mainly on environmental issues and women’s empowerment.
Aside from the journalistic work I have been writing radio drama scripts and scripting and producing my own sound art. My soundscape “Chambery – Where Culture Meets Nature” was presented at the Borealis Music Festival which is a renowned international experimental music and sound art festival.
Samples of my audio work can be found on my Soundcloud page:
A lot of my work was field-recorded during my travels to the UK, France, Poland and Nepal.
I am currently working on a documentary series investigating nature conservation grass root movements in Scotland.
